- Clean Up Oakland
- We will work with SGB committees as well as student and local organizations (for example, SOOS, the Student Office of Sustainability) to clean up South Oakland and provide more accessible and appropriate means of garbage disposal, recycling, and composting for college students.
- Sustainable Take-Out Options
- The bottom of the Union currently has an OZZI Sustainable To-Go Machine which is supposed to provide students with the opportunity to purchase reusable food containers which they can use in the WPU Dining Area. However, this machine is not currently operating, so we would like to make sure this machine is in use and to add these machines to more dining locations across campus such as the Cathedral, Market, the Perch, and more. Doing so would help cut down on food waste, plastic and paper dining wastes, helping the environment and better matching student needs.
- Civic Engagement
- We would like to work with the Community and Governmental Relations Committee to help more Pitt students register to vote and increase student participation in both local and national political elections to make all our voices heard!

- "Fix it Pitt!" on my.pitt.edu
- The SGB website currently has a "Fix It Pitt!" tab on its website to receive feedback on issues of student life, as well as areas of campus that are damaged or in need of attention. In order to best understand student needs, we would like to add this “Fix It Pitt!” tab on the main my.pitt.edu student portal so that all students can easily provide feedback on how they would like to improve upon the student experience.
- Coffee Cart in William Pitt Union
- The William Pitt Union acts as the center of Pitt's campus, housing several student organizations and resources. It only makes sense that the lifeblood of campus should have a coffee cart, just as several other buildings on campus have. We hope to push for a coffee cart in the Union so as to make students' lives more convenient and, of course, more caffeinated.
- Campus Shuttle System
- We hope to work with the SGB Facilities, Technology, and Transportation Committee, along with any other relevant departments, in making the campus shuttle system more efficient and more reliable in meeting students' travel needs.
